License Terms

When you purchase proxy-script you are bound by the license terms below.
We may update or change these terms as we see fit. You are responsible to check back for future updates.

The proxy-script license is a one person license meaning that the person who buys the script through proxy-script.com is licensed to use the script for as many domains as they own.
You may not transfer, lend, sell or otherwise give the code to anyone.
You do not own the license or code but are licensed to use it on as many domains as you own.
If you sell your site you will include the license with the sale. You can also keep your license and ask that the buyer purchase their own license from us at commission.

Your order includes full source code files with no encryption. You can edit or modify the script as you choose but may not redistribute it as your own.

General Terms

By using proxy-script you are agreeing to the general terms below.
We may update or change these terms as we see fit. You are responsible to check back for future updates.

We will support the script in in it's original state and will provide updated releases at very reasonable fees for current license holders.

We provide a fully functioning script at the time of download to the features and specs we claim.
If you modify the script outside of what the original source code was then you are responsible for any problems that may arrise. We do not help fix modified versions of the code.

We provide this service for legal use and expect you to honor that.

DISCLAIMER:
Some governments, companies and schools have rules about what information you should have access to. If you use our software to bypass rules that have been imposed on you, you assume all legal risks and responsibilities involved.
We provide the software as a demonstration and tool, and for when legitimate access is needed to non-accessible websites.
We don't encourage you to break any rules, because we would get in trouble if we did. We can't prevent you from using this software in illegitimate ways, but we believe the value of this tool is far too great to let a few miscreants ruin it for everybody.
We are not, and cannot be responsible for any content that is on pages and sites that you visit. It is the sole responsibility of the site and/or page owner, and we cannot be held accountable.
Anything that is done by you, the user, is YOUR responsibility.
Any attempt to:
A) Down a network by:
1) Accessing prohibited areas
2) Masking your IP to execute a Denial of Service (DDoS or DoS) attack
3) Introducing a virus into a network under cover of our proxy
B) Gain access to prohibited areas under cover of our proxy service will be followed closely and your IP will be reported to the responsible authorities. We cannot be held responsible for any act done by a user to a page/site/network under cover of our proxy script.
THE AUTHORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY CHARACTER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION, OR ANY AND ALL OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES.
